    Even with starting with friends and family, there is always still yet risk and it’s important to partner with a successful company or individual. Speaking generally, I would fine one hard-pressed to have someone invest purely on a familial relationship alone.

    I’ve also overcome the “sales” thinking of this process by turning it on its head. You are not selling something, you are providing an opportunity for someone to increase HIS/HER own wealth. No conning involved, only mutual benefit. If you had the opportunity to help someone potentially save their future self financially, how could you not invite them into that opportunity. This has helped me tremendously to mitigate any fear I may have in approaching others.

      Agreed. You definitely hit it on the head. We will dive deeper into the mental preparation that goes into “selling” in later modules, but framing the conversation appropriately in your own mind is critical.

      Specifically dealing with friends and family has it’s own risks/rewards, which is very relationship-dependant. Happy to discuss more on our next call. Glad you are enjoying the content so far.

    This was a great module. I look forward to familiarizing myself with the Mixmax tool as well as PipeDrive. One of my current goals is to increase efficiency without reinventing the wheel – as you put in this or the first module. These tools are a great example of the phrase you don’t know what you don’t know. I’ve really learned the value of building your brand over the last year – especially with friends and family as they’ve seen you at your best and worst. I think tools such as these will definitely help to build your brand through reliable professional delivery!
